Job Opportunity: Part-Time Receptionist

We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated Receptionist for our growing general contracting company. This is a part-time, office position in which an employee will assist our team of associates and clients; being competent in the following tasks:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Payroll
  • Scheduling
  • Managing subcontractor accounts
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Estimates
  • Rental Property management

The ideal person for this position should have entry-level to associate-level experience in administration. Although experience is not required, the position will pay more for someone with prior experience.  Position is paid on salary, 30-35 hours per week.
